1. User Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from MystHarbor (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site. MystHarbor reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, data scraping, or any action that disrupts the Site's functionality.

2. Limitation of Liability

MystHarbor provides products (including Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones) on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MystHarbor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall MystHarbor, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. MystHarbor's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of MystHarbor or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from MystHarbor.

Product names, logos, and brands are trademarks of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

MystHarbor offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for all Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. MystHarbor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. For defective products, please contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue to initiate a return or exchange.

Refunds exclude any original shipping charges. Digital products or accessories not listed above are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
